If the Heart is Upright...

Verily, there is a morsel of flesh in the body, if it is upright, the whole body is upright, and if it is corrupt, the whole body is corrupt. Verily, it is the heart.

Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله تعالى said:

"If the heart is upright due to what is within it from īmān, both in knowledge and the actions of the heart, then it is inevitable that the body will be upright in outward speech and action with absolute īmān."
