The Question: "Is it correct to respond to those who deny the categorisation of Tawhīd into three categories by way of the āyah:
'Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, so worship Him and have patience upon His worship. Do you know of any who is similar to Him?' - [Maryam: 65]
Which gathers between Tawhīd al-Ulūhiyyah (Oneness in His sole right to be worshipped), ar-Rubūbiyyah (Oneness in His Lordship), and al-Asmāʾ was-Sifāt (Oneness in His Beautiful Names and Lofty Attributes)?"
The Answer: "The Qurʾān is filled with evidences for these three types:
"Say, ‘O disbelievers, I do not worship what you worship…'" [Al-Kāfirūn: 1-2]
This is an evidence for sincerity of worship for Allāh.
"Say, ‘He is Allāh, the One, Allāh, the Self Sufficient Master…’" - [Al-Ikhlās: 1-2]
An evidence for affirming the Names and Attributes.
"All praise is [due] to Allāh, Lord of the worlds." - [Al-Fātihah: 1]
"Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind…’" - [Al-Nās: 1]
"Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak…’" - [Al-Falaq: 1]
(Are all) evidences for affirming Tawhīd ar-Rubūbiyyah.
So the entire Qurʾān is evidence for this - may Allāh bless you."
